Quattro is fast gaining recognition across the UK – from our hearty winter warmers, to fragrant summer soups, with some truly exotic flavours. Our inspiration comes from all around the world – the Middle East, Morocco, the Mediterranean – although many of our ingredients are sourced closer to home for the finest quality.
Lentil & Spinach
The rich flavours of dark lentils and fresh spinach are complemented by a subtle blend of herbs and spices in this healthy and sustaining soup.

Hampshire Leek
A wonderful mélange of leek, potato, butter and cream in a velvety base, blended to perfection with a hint of dill and black pepper.
Spicy Red Lentil & Vegetable
Tomatoes, red lentils, carrots, celery and peppers infused with the piquancy of chilli and cumin make this a nourishing soup.
Italian Minestrone with Smoked Paprika & Parmesan
